No worries! Prices stated are inclusive of GST, we will not charge any additional taxes.
How to check the status of my order?
Please get in the Order Track under Support to track your order's status via the order ID or tracking number
How to change or cancel my order?
Once your payment is complete, you will receive a confirmation email through which you can change your order details within 24 hours.
Can I change the delivery address after the shipment?
No, once the shipment begins, the delivery address can't be changed.
Why hasn’t my shipment arrived?
Shipments can be delayed due to a variety of reasons, such as traffic or bad weather. Check the status of your shipment using your order number and tracking number on our Order Track page.
Can I choose my delivery date?

How long does delivery take?
We usually ship all orders the following business day. The average shipping time is within 2 to 5 business days. We ask that you give our free shipping at least 7 business days to arrive before it is considered lost.
All orders must be placed before 5 am PST for same-day shipping. Otherwise, the order will ship out the following business day. All orders are shipped Monday – Friday, except on federal holidays.
